About TechWayRay
Tech made simple, for everyone.
What is TechWayRay?
TechWayRay is all about making technology, networking, and IT easier to understand — whether you're a total beginner, a curious hobbyist, or someone looking to build real skills. From setting up a router to building your own home lab, TechWayRay breaks things down step by step so you can learn by doing.
From Cars to Cables
TechWayRay was created by Raymond Knights, a qualified network engineer with a degree in Network Engineering and System Administration. Before diving into tech content, Raymond ran a successful YouTube channel called DriveWayRay, where he shared car mods, reviews, and hands-on garage projects.
But when filming cars became tricky due to limited space, Raymond decided it was time for a change. His lifelong love for tech made the switch easy — and TechWayRay was born. It’s still built on that same DIY spirit, just with a new focus: helping people understand and work with tech.
